Hours and Appointments

Free, initial consultations with an attorney are available during business hours,
evenings and weekends

Evenings and weekends consultations and appointments  must be by advance
appointment.

For the elderly and those unable to travel, in-home appointments are available in
Duval, St. Johns, Nassau and Clay counties.

Consultations
The free, initial consultation duration is one-hour. You may be asked to bring in
specific documentation to the initial consultation or to organize them so the
consultation is more efficient  and informative for you.

Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance may result in nominal fee for rescheduled
initial consultation.  

Fees
SLIDING- SCALE /REDUCED-FEE representation agreements are available
depending upon demonstrated financial need.

CONTINGENCY and FIXED fee and INSTALLMENT payment agreements are
also available, depending on the nature of the case.

At this time, this office is no longer able to accept pro bono (free) cases.
